Group LLC worked with Connecticut Sexual Assault Crisis
Services to develop a strategic plan that was not a "shelf

"Recently I
was privileged to be able to attend the Administrative Assistance
Certification Program sponsored by Central Connecticut State University
where Mr. John Birch, President of The Birch Group, LLC was our
instructor.
I, personally, found this course of study to be
one of the most influential and rewarding programs that I have ever
attended. We explored and discussed the D.I.S.C. method of categorizing
groups of behavioral tendencies and the benefits was well as the
